I. Quest - The Missing Mindful

[A mystery to tide herself over is a mystery, even if it's in a nude spa. If there was a problem, she wouldn't dress as she did most days.]

[Hands on her hips, she looks towards whomever decided to join her on this venture, briefly ignoring how one power is already being stirred.]

Hm... perhaps we should try one of the deals they're offering...

[Not together obviously, but at least they would cover most of the spa by selecting one.]

II. Quest - Garrrr! Goyles

[In the beginning, this apparent issue with gargoyles isn't really much. Besides, if they're only scaring people - as out of season as it sounds, it sounds like a non-issue.]

[However, the full moon...]

[As usual, her path is set to leave New Camelot as the sun goes down already feeling the early effects of her transformation. Inconvenient then when a gargoyle decides to make themselves an issue to her with a few people around. This wouldn't be a problem of she didn't instinctually strike back and get a nice clawing across her hand. Looks like she's about to give chase unless someone would rather fuss over her ignored injury.]

[OOC: The only reason this is after The Missing Mindful in order is the Full Moon so don't worry too much.]

III. The Unnamed Marshes with Unseelie Nymphs

Stay down and keep still...

[Traveling into unknown territory always has its risk, but the way its rocks and the ripples that circles their little raft gives the very distinct feeling of being hunted or just stalked. What it is has yet to emerge, but it is drawing closer.]

[This isn't an advantageous position for them to be in.]

[Jean leaned down as much as she could and still use her paddle to control the raft as it floated through the marsh.]

Do you get the feeling we're being watched?

[The annoying thing about a raft is they can't get much lower... that, and they're left adrift waiting like this.]

I do... Whatever it is seems to be taking its time.

[Deciding what it should do perhaps? Did it think they were dangerous? Because that would be an overestimation right now.]

[Jean makes a low hum, trying to estimate the amount of time they have to 'solid' ground.]

Do you think it could be sizing us up?

[They were stuck on a raft, what more did they need to know.]

If they can detect magic, that's possible...

[Her voice trail this time when the ripples seem to finally draw closer. Though they're both on guard, it turns out... it's not an ambush as one head appears out of the water. Then another followed by a couple more, and then one rises beside their raft.]

[... Naomi has no idea what it is, but it appears wearing clothes isn't something it's too concerned about.]

It wouldn't surprise me if they could.

[She stares at the new arrivals.]

Hello there.

[Were they seeing the same thing? Beings of various appearances now crowding around the raft means they're not about to move. The one closest to Jean smiles sweetly and seems to want to move closer...]

[Naomi notes this with a raised brow, but will look at the one closest to her.]

Yes... hello. Is there something we can assist you with?

[Because that's... why they approached, right? The looks the nymphs are exchanging, Naomi wonders if she should've asked.]

[Jean glances at Naomi for a moment, wondering what she thinks about things.]

Yes, is there anything we can help you with? We're not here to harm you at all.

[She watches the nymphs waiting for a reaction, before glancing away from the lack of clothing.]

[She's not sure what to think honestly.]

Why... there is a small thing we could use your help with...

[The way the nymphs speak is soft and airy, but melodic all the same. One may call it enchanting? But without the magical influence.]

If you could do us this small favor, we could guide you through the fog...

[That... sounds like a fair deal. They might be drifting around for hours without knowing if they've progressed at all. She looks back over at Jean, wanting to get her own input.]

[Well, they were interesting to listen to, not... what she was used to, but nothing horrific either.]

What kind of favor would you ask? I'd like to know what we're getting into...

[There were exchanged looks again, those continued smiles, and the one who spoke before spoke again.]

Why, we need your aid in bearing our offspring.

[... Well, thinking about it, it was April.]

And there's a reason you require our surrogacy in the process this year, or is this required every year?

There's been a disturbance in the Marsh as of late. If it wasn't for that, we would not ask for help.

[She nods, crossing her arms. Probably the same disturbance that resulted in the Land of Rot being... not so rotted. Yet another reason to kick whoever decided to steal the Fisher King's corpse.]

Perhaps.

[He was fine with splitting up for a moment. Used to it and welcomed it. But the part of him that wasn't obsessed was also telling him it would be best to stick together here.]

Well need a way to contact and track one another reliably.

[While looking over the single package deals, she considered how they could contact or track the other.]

... How do you feel about ghosts?

[Did she want a mud bath? Maybe the hot stones...]

[His overworked muscles were crying out for the hot stones and a proper masseuse. With any luck they'd be able actually enjoy themselves.]

Depends on the ghost. Can't say I'm opposed to spirits.

Reasonable enough... We can use them.

[Well, she could. She doesn't know if he had the same magic. Aside from that... did she want a full body massage? Of course they had the wrap...]

You can, unless they're able to show themselves to me as well.

[He wasn't certain how death magic was supposed to work beyond speaking with dead people. It still sounded like a solid plan to him.

More importantly, the sweat room sounded the most familiar to him out of everything offered. He has no clue what body detox is supposed to be.]

[They tend to haunt things... Hm, she thinks she knows which package she'll order.]

[Who knows what sort of uses a spirit that can manipulate things can have! Like sending messages or stealing a pair of prison keys.]

[He thinks he has an idea of where he'd like to go. BUT FIRST IS WORK! Even if said work also includes a spa package.]

[She nods. If he's fine with a haunted signaling, then they're good to go.]

[She should try going to a spa more regularly.]

[Very clearly fine with it. There are worse things to have following you around, chances are there was already something nasty following one, or both of them, around the moment they stepped into the spa.

Anyway, yeah he's going ahead with the heated stones and full body massage. Going to a spa on the regular is a wonderful idea.]

[Surprising that he hasn't asked who the spirit is or where they came from. Oh well, part of the mystery now, isn't it?]

[While he goes for the stones and massage, she may as well take a package that will be elsewhere so they cover ground. So, the mud bath and seaweed wrap it is. Which one of them would need help later is the wonder; unless it ended up being both of them.]

[Jean is out and about, investigating the Gargoyle business when he notices Naomi there and actually planning on giving the gargoyle a chase after the attack. He approaches her and calls out.]

Naomi, wait.

[She hadn't even noticed Jean was here, but he has her attention now.]
